CRM Consultant at Digital Hive

Digital Hive is a consultancy specialized in CRM, Digital Marketing and Data. Although founded in 2022, we have a team of very experienced consultants who support our customers with their digital challenges. Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic team-players to join our CRM unit to assist and consult our clients in their various customer experience initiatives. Ideally, candidates should have a healthy proportion of analytical skills, business mindset, and an interest to drive digital transformations where people, processes and technologies are connected. 
 
You will work within a team of colleagues and customers to improve the digital processes of our companies and will play the vital role between business and IT, to clarify the business needs, implement them and support them further during the projects. 
 
Your role will be dynamic and challenging with possibilities to continuously learn, as CRM continually evolves as an innovative concept. We mainly work with Salesforce and Microsoft, platforms that advance rapidly, necessitating our team to consistently stay informed about the latest trends and developments. At Digital Hive, you'll have the chance to actively dive into the evolving CRM landscape, learn multiple technologies, ensure your skills are up to date and aligned with industry advancements. 

Your responsibilities

  • Analysis and assessment of the customer’s needs. Translating these needs between business and IT development team to functional deliverables to drive projects to completion 

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of functionalities 

  • Configure CRM screens, fields, processes, etc., to enhance system efficiency  

  • Provide comprehensive customer support pre and post go-live, including organizing demo sessions, preparing user acceptance testing, and conducting end-user training  

  • Make contributions to internal structure, processes and topics that interest you 

  • Represent Digital Hive on different communities/events/training courses 

  • Stay on top of the CRM and industry trends 
     

Desired profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree 
    (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing) 

  • Two years of work experience as a CRM consultant (Microsoft, Salesforce and Veeva; already certified) 

  • Has the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player and effective problem-solver 

  • High degree of accuracy, logical thinker, and a business mind-set 

  • Pro-active and strong communicative skills 

  • Values respect, transparency, and commitment 

  • Eager to learn and stay on top of latest CRM trends 

  • Travel is a possibility (mainly Portugal & Europe) 

  • Already working and living in Belgium

We have offices at the Officenter in Hasselt, which offers us the possibility to work flexible at any Officenter location in Belgium. Working from home is possible, but our preference is to regularly attend our offices and customer locations as required.
