CRM for a life-saving cancer therapy
- The problem
- CAR-T therapy means collecting, freezing, shipping and modifying a patient's own cells. Every delay or deviation has to be handled fast, for patients who rely on it as a last resort.
- What we did
- Business analysis, Health Cloud development and support. We went beyond the original scope to improve delivery across the whole project.
- The result
- An intuitive platform on standard Salesforce components, built to scale across EMEA.
